brains with the virus. Oh, and the more you do this, why the more chances you have to win stuff you
didn’t know you needed!
All this progressive infection is described as a “mobile wallet dream” and a “cashless and cardless
utopia.” And you know they won’t stop there. In fact, I have learned they have already perfected
telepathic commerce, and will release the monster in short order. An implant in your temple will allow
you to “think” your money away … protected by telepathic passwords, of course … so someone doesn’t
think your money is theirs before you do.
But the one thing we can all take heart in is that the same payment dodges used throughout the
centuries can still be employed now and in future. In cyber commerce you can claim there was a glitch
in the auto-deduction aspect of your app because, you know, you dropped your phone. It’s the modernday equivalent of saying the check must be held up in the mail. And when it comes to telepathic
commerce? Well, you can say you thought about it really hard, but the money just wouldn’t transfer.
And, of course, “I forgot” is still as good as gold.
