uggy enough for you out
there?
Call me a whiner (why
should you be the exception), but I’m
not a big fan of the weather we’ve been
having in the Santa Clarita Valley lately — of 100-degree-plus temperatures
combining with air so damp that a loud
noise can bring rain. Now, sure, I’m
exaggerating, and, sure, I’m a big sissy. I realize that people in other parts
of the country really know what “muggy” means.
So let’s not get in a dripping contest.
But, you see, I’m from Southern
California, and raised in the desert —
you know, where it’s a “dry heat.” I
